Can I try it before buying?

Yes. There is a 15-day trial on Mac and Windows, with your real files. It is not “free software”—it is the full desktop app trial. Download it from the download page.

Does it run on Mac?

Yes. DTReady runs on Mac and Windows. Each license includes 1 active PC.

What does each plan include?

It is the same app: you choose DTG, DTF, or both. DTG covers garment prep (white underbase and direct-to-garment flow). DTF adds halftones and Pet Film nesting. Both gives you the full shop. Monthly, yearly, and lifetime do not change features — only how you pay.

How many computers?

Each license includes 1 active PC. You can switch devices from the software or from My account → Licenses. Lifetime must verify its license online once a year.

What if I buy lifetime and do not renew updates?

The software keeps working with the version you have. New updates require renewing updates. Lifetime also asks for an online check at least once a year.

Do I need credits to work?

No. Preparing, exporting, and nesting does not use credits. Local AI upscaling does not either.

Do credits come with the license?

Yes — gift credits are included. On subscription they arrive each month and do not roll over. Lifetime also includes gift credits; the amount can change over time, so check the pricing table above for how many each option includes.

Does the subscription renew automatically?

Yes, monthly or yearly depending on the plan. You can cancel anytime from your account.

Can I switch from subscription to one-time?

You can wait until your subscription ends, then buy a lifetime one-time license and keep using the software for life.

What payment methods do you accept?
