Terms of service
These terms govern use of the DTReady software and the website dtready.com, operated by WooWeb LLC. Contact: help@dtready.com.
By downloading, installing, activating, or using DTReady, or by creating an account, you agree to these terms. You must be 18 years of age or older.
1. Software license
DTReady is proprietary software. Purchase grants a license to use, not ownership of the software or its code.
- Subscription (monthly or annual): use and updates while the paid period is in force.
- One-time purchase (Lifetime): indefinite use of the version available for your license. Includes updates for one (1) year from purchase. After that year, the software may continue to run without renewal; later updates may require a new purchase or plan as published at the time.
Each license may be used on one (1) active computer at a time.
2. Free trial
The trial lasts 15 days and is tied to the device identifier (HWID) (a technical identifier of your computer), not email alone. It includes product features as published. When it ends, a paid license is required to continue. The trial cannot be released to another computer.
3. Account, activation, and device release
You may activate the license from the application. For paid licenses you may release the active device from the app or your online account, subject to anti-abuse limits we may apply to protect the service. Abuse (repeated releases to evade the seat limit) may result in suspension.
4. Payments, renewal, cancellation, and refunds
Prices are in United States dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed by Stripe.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel beforehand. You may cancel from your user account / billing portal; cancellation stops the next renewal and access continues through the end of the period already paid.
We do not offer refunds on licenses, subscriptions, or credits. The 15-day free trial exists so you can evaluate the product before buying.
5. Lifetime and verification
Lifetime licenses may require periodic online verification (approximately annual) and allow an offline grace period of up to 7 days without connectivity. Repeated failure to verify may limit use until you reconnect.
6. Cloud AI credits
Credits enable cloud AI operations. Local processing does not consume credits.
Credits are non-refundable, non-transferable between accounts, and do not expire while your account remains active. If the account is closed or deleted, associated credits may be forfeited. Per-operation consumption is shown in the product or portal.
7. Your content and WooCommerce
Your files and designs belong to you. In local use they stay on your machine.
If you choose to use cloud AI, you authorize us to use the image you submit only to complete that operation (process it and return the result), as described in the privacy policy.
What this authorization means (plain language):
- You do not transfer ownership of your artwork to us.
- We cannot sell or publish your file.
- We do not use it to train models.
- The authorization exists only to provide the service you requested (and is limited to that request).
The WooCommerce connection is between your app and your store. WooWeb does not intermediate your store’s order or design content.
You are responsible for having the rights needed for files you process or print.
8. Acceptable use
You may not:
- copy, redistribute, resell, rent, sublicense, or publish the software;
- reverse engineer, decompile, or circumvent activation or license controls, except to the extent mandatory law allows;
- share license keys or account credentials;
- use the service fraudulently or in a way that harms WooWeb or others.
9. Software updates
We may publish updates and change features. With a valid license, the application may check for updates and offer a downloadable installer. There is no mandatory silent auto-update described here: you install the version you download.
Features marked experimental or “in development” are not part of the minimum license commitment.
10. Warranty and limitation of liability
The software is provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent permitted by law.
We do not warrant that results are suitable for every material, ink, printer, RIP, or production workflow. Print testing and validation in your environment are your (or your shop’s) responsibility.
To the extent permitted by law, WooWeb LLC’s aggregate liability to you for claims related to DTReady is limited to the amount you paid for the license or service in the twelve (12) months before the claim. We are not liable for loss of materials, ink, production time, profits, data, or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
11. Suspension
We may suspend or terminate access for fraud, non-payment, breach of these terms, unauthorized distribution, or abuse of device releases.
12. Privacy
Personal data processing is described in the privacy policy.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules that may apply to you. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of New Mexico, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
